Petite Delft Blue Kakiemon
"Kakiemon" is the name given to the iconic Japanese porcelain painting style invented by Sakaida Kizaemon in the mid-17th century. He is known for color drawings of plants, animals and people, while among the shades dominated by a bright red pigment, reminiscent of the color of a ripe persimmon.
